Ok lets start off with Me buying a new pc ! Yey :D

Sat : Morning went to Sim Lim square and went ' recon ' for my new pc parts.
Decided to just went straight to PCTHEMES due to laziness and discuss with the sales very friendly and patient sales person that has been serving me . i ask him like 10 over questions and he still show no signs of impatient or anger , which is really good customer service

After dicussing for almost 1hour at the shop ( luckily there wasn't much people ) at that time , at first wanted to get the 5850 total AT 1.7K . But come to think of it , i do not really need such expensive rig or that powerful . Well i do not play ultra intensive games or FULL HD gaming so it doesn't really matters .

Ok so discuss again for another 10 MINS . LOL. bo bian first time i've spent such a huge amount of money . And the final outcome? Reduced to 1.5k . Hahs.

my tag board problem is back again. Argh !

Sat- Went to Vivo City to watch Avatar at GVMAX. My goodness, the seats in GVMAX ish CMI , Seriously , so damn hard. Nowhere near Flimgarde or The cathay Seats .
I do not know what's wrong with GV , even their top class cinemas is ..... :(
But the screen is freaking big. Of course duh ! It's not called GV-MAX ( notice the MAX ? ) for nothing. It boast Asia largest cinema screen for now. Just imagine those people sitting at the front rows , how are they going to watch on such a super large screen?

I'll still prefer our Good Old Grand Cathay :D ( The mama of all Cinemas , And Singapore's only THX certified cinema ). Nothing comes close to it . :)

Back to Avatar , OH MY GOD , James Cameron has done it again !
' This is the future of movies ' said the movie Critic .
And i've gotta agree with it . The movie is just .. I really do not know how to describe it with words .
It's just a movie that everyone should watch . And the Navi's are cool ! ^^

And it's a movie that is out of this world , beats Transformer , GI-Joe , Terminator , Hurt Locker , 2012 !

I'll rate it 4 and the half stars for Avatar .

Just 1 more movie James Cameron ! to give a perfect 5 Stars !

Went to Sitex for 3 days and this show was pretty disappointing .
Nothing much and gosh , i prefer it to be at Suntec .
Expo it's like so far lah, and the crowd control is horrible i tell you.

weekends finally, some serious stuffs happen and guess i shan't mention it .

Golden vollage GV MAX !

ok early in the morning went to iluma and book tickets for 2012 for the first show .
Went there, the cinema haven't open . sighs. so waited for like 15 mins?
Alright the movie was just average , nothing to shout about , just that the ending part was abit touching .Someone was almost moved to tears hor !???
And actually wanted to watch at the grand cathy , but argh nvm .

the whoel movie was like 2 and the half hour?
freaking long la.
yea i know lots of people complaining their butts are pain. hahahaha
evening went to watch Paranormal activity . and someone got freak out like mad.
ok la that show wasn't that scary , but the scenes are damn real can.
overall it's a boring show .

Ok back to today and yesterday , after school home , went to iluma , walk around .
Haiz , it's really sad to see iluma still as empty as a ghost town .
Where are all the ground? Anyway , fyi , Iluma ain't a shopping mall like others , so please do not mistaken it for a shopping mall , which many people do . It's dubbed at singapore first Urban Entertainment Complex ( with the add on of urban , whatever that means ) .
So please don't complaint when u see so little shops inside it.
Entertainment Complex , as in there's a cinema , Lan shop ( Colossum , dubbed as the largest lan gaming centre in singapore ) , but the rates are a killer though , i rather go to Parklane . Regulars uh ! :D
and there's 2 arcade known as tornado .
one at level 5 and the other at 7 , and there's also a 3d Cinema on level 7 !

Seven the venue !

and on the seven Level there's a Pub cum Club known as Seven the venue
yea i know it's a little strange for a pub name .
Haven really go in and xplore yet .
So will more people visit it after some time?
we shall wait and see.

Today :
Went with xin to iluma and pei him cut his hair , after that went for cca at bishan campus , and wtf , i got selected for Events director . My goodness lah.
Got a real shock when they announced my name , i was like speechless for the first 10 seconds ? damn embarrassing lor . Didn't really expect this .

ok it's time to address gaming issues raise by many people

Oh yes got my graphics card repaired in the morning at Karia ( whatever it spells )
told it was cost 30 dollars. bo bian , decided to repair it since i can't find that particular card i wanted. sold out within 2 weeks. wtf lah .
went round and round like an idiot in sim lim square last week and in the what i got was a bunch of papers and brochures . Sighs .
repaired and waited for 30 mins . %$^&$%$%*
freaking long lah.
and the engineer at karia told me they need to resholder the chip and the card.
can u imagine the world fastest G84 chip needed repair within 2 years? what a joke , i'll guess its more likely on luck rather than the brands .
XFX is a premium brand for GPUs ok !

after that home and ram up the card ( aka stress test ) , everything went perfectly ! Great ! and can u belive i hadn't game for 2 full weeks ? super yea i know, except for maple and dragonica

sorry for the late updates.
school's been keeping me seriously busy .
my god .

And smth happen.
My XFX 8600 GT has failed on me.
wtf i can't belive it either .

and XFX is known for premium brand, it's like the Lamborghini of graphics card and it has failed on me !!??
and can u belive it ? i didn't game for 1 full week. hehs-x
so proud of myself , have tried running games on the desktop and the frame rates i tell you is horrible , it's almost deem unplayable. In fact it's impossible to play at all ! So no choice , today went to karia to try and repair and was told it cost 30dollars with 1 week warranty , guess it ain't worth it so decided to officially retire my XFX8600GT and get a new one though . ( Yea it's still the fastest and coolest 8600GT till now ! :D )

Final Destination 3D specs !

Ok on to updating yesterday.
Yesterday went with tim to eat dinner at bugis there .
After that since there were nothing much to do went to the Central lending library
( Yes library ! dun be shock ) to read magazines.
Went home after that .

11.45PM playing com halfway they called and said wanted to watch Final Destination at 12.10AM show .
Oh gosh . so damn last min lah.
but nvm agree to watch at iluma . Rush there , reach at 12.05am .
And u know they locked the rear entrance door and making me look like an idiot .
Somemore i open so darn hard. didn't even saw the lock there. Oh gosh .>< luckily the security guard bo see.
So rush to the front entrance met up with them and watch final destination 3D .
and omg , it's been awhile since i last watch 3d flims , and the effects are awesome ! it's like u can feel the explosion and effects come flying on you. Damn real ! and the show is damn freaking violent ok . pieces of.... flying everywhere. oh well .
can u belive 60percent of the time i've got that 3D Specs of my eyes?
becos it's like very uncomfortable

Sunday - Woke up at 9AM ( ^&*%^&^% ) due to sis chao me .
oh gosh slept at 3am the previous night. not enuf sleep rar !

went to bugis junction , wanted to eat swensen at first , but come to think of it it ain't worth it , so exp but so little they give. ( in the end ended up at burger king ) so decided to go to iluma book GI.JOE first , YEY my Flimgarde card has been filled up finally ! fancy for free movies anyone?
Ok la i didn't fell asleep in the cinema although it's the 2nd time watching it, like i said in the previous post , this show is worth a second watch ,
after that chiong home sleep again.

after which i kena chao up again by someone in the afternoon.
was being forced to give her/him " directions " to come bugis.

last night
i duno whether to say it was an enjoyable night , or the worst night ever .

was supposed to meet tim at 6 O clock , than that baka drag drag until 11 , he finally came .
after that was supposed to CAB to YCK , instead we train there .
and since it was tim and laraine so called first meeting , that joker actually went to hide behind the walls , dare not meet her .
it's like wtf can , in the end we got to in and chase him out .
Run around like small kids , and the staffs are actually looking at us .

finally manage to get him out of the station , and the next " destination " was the gents toilet.

as much as i hate to admit it , mY pc ain't capable of running GTA 4 at all . - (
even after it has been through numerous upgrades since yr 2005 .
RAM , GPU , FAN , LED FAN , EXHAUST FAN . etc.

people say i'm werid .
why ? reason is simple
I couldn't bear to let my com go under tremendous stress when playing games-x
and i'm not talking about those bullshit games like auditon , maple-d , .etc .
games like RACE DRIVER GRID , SWAT 4 , Far cry 2 and so on...
all these really requires a huge amount of pc processing power which my pc ain't design for .
it's really pushing my hardware to the limit , and i couldn't bear to see my PC under that kind of stress , especially when i'm hearing the processor fan spinning at ULTRA high RPM .
It's like telling me , " hey , i'm under huge amount of stress and pressure right now, faster quit leh !! "
